Voyage Art Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for use of the Voyage Art (The full company name is Voyage Fair Trade Ltd) website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore a customer should check them before making a purchase.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Online Shopping

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately, visually and verbally, as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. Also every product is handmade by fair trade organisations, artisans, British artist and artisans and will have slight variations. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the product you will receive. Before you place an order you should read the following: FAQ’s for more important information about your order.

We try to get the exact number of stock for each product, however we reserve the right to sometimes get this wrong including particular products actually being out of stock even though it states that is in stock as we are also selling the same products daily on Amazon, eBay and a physical shop. After we sell a product we sometimes cannot adjust the product on the website to the correct number of stock immediately. If a product is purchased and not in stock we will inform you within 24 hours via email and we will try to get new stock for that product. However, if we know we cannot acquire within 14 days, we will offer a refund. If you need it delivered by a certain date and cannot achieve this we will straight away offer a refund.

Suspension of site

We reserve the right to suspend the site at any time to perform essential maintenance, change details and to remove any inaccurate or unauthorised material, and also to terminate your use of the site if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

Change of site details

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the products on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to sell some products that can only be purchased if the customer collects it in person by selecting the ‘Click and Collect’ option at the checkout. We reserve the right to change our Delivery Policy, including increase of prices and the countries we deliver to without any warning. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.

Emailing Newsletters

If you have bought something on our website or have given us your email we reserve the right to add to our email database and use it in order to send you Voyage Art promotions and newsletters. We will only send newsletters and never pass on your email address to another party. You are entitled to unsubscribe for this list at any time.

Validation Checks

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services).
