We believe buying from an independent business should be every bit as straightforward as ordering from a large retailer, which is why we offer free UK delivery on every order, together with a simple 30-day returns policy for complete peace of mind.
Free UK Delivery
Delivery is completely free for all UK orders.
Most orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
We use trusted courier services to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
- Orders under 15kg are normally delivered by Evri.
- Orders over 15kg are usually delivered by DPD Local.
If you provide an email address or mobile number during checkout, we’ll pass these details securely to the courier so they can keep you updated with your delivery and provide tracking information where available.

If you live locally, we’re pleased to offer free personal delivery within:

30-Day Returns
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- the item should be unused
- it should be returned in its original condition
- it should be returned in its original packaging where possible
- proof of purchase is required

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
For higher-value items (over £50), we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when packing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we’ll happily arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item because it has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the quickest solution.
